Concerning the Program

The goal of the Vodacom E-trash Management Learnership Program is to give participants the fundamental knowledge and useful abilities they need to manage electronic trash. Vodacom understands the need for qualified people who can help develop creative recycling solutions as the world’s environmental problems are exacerbated by electronic trash. The goal of this program is to give young South Africans the instruction and guidance they require to be successful in the e-waste management industry.

Working with top Gauteng industry professionals, participants will acquire the technical know-how and soft skills necessary for a career in the field. Participants can immerse themselves in the expanding field of e-waste management during the one-year learnership, which is a fixed contract.

Qualifications for Eligibility:

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements in order to be considered for the Vodacom E-Waste Management Learnership Program:

Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Educational Requirements: You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate in math or math literacy and science.
Residency: Candidates must show proof of residency and be Gauteng residents.
Unemployed Status: Participants in the program must be unemployed at the moment and not enrolled in any other learnership or educational program.
Citizenship of South Africa: Candidates must be citizens of South Africa and present a legitimate ID.
Proficiency in written and oral communication is crucial, as is a basic understanding of computers. Candidates should also have the ability to work well in a collaborative setting, be self-motivated, and be willing to learn.
Background: In order to support the program’s emphasis on improving communities, applicants should come from underprivileged backgrounds.
