Seta Learnerships Available Through the NYDA

The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), in a strategic partnership with the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority (MerSeta), is proud to announce a comprehensive Learnership program designed to empower young people across all nine provinces of South Africa. This initiative represents a significant investment in the future workforce, offering a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain valuable skills and experience within the dynamic automotive industry.
Specifically, the Learnership is meticulously focused on developing expertise in both sales and marketing aspects of the automotive sector, equipping participants with the knowledge and practical abilities necessary to thrive in this competitive market.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in areas such as customer relationship management, product knowledge, sales techniques, market analysis, and promotional strategies, ultimately contributing to the growth and development of South Africa’s automotive industry. This collaborative effort between the NYDA and MerSeta underscores a commitment to addressing youth unemployment and fostering sustainable economic growth through targeted skills development initiatives.
