The Truworths Learnership is particularly appealing as it requires a minimum educational qualification of only grade 10, making it accessible to a broader range of aspiring young professionals who may not yet have completed their secondary education.

Successful candidates will be immersed in the day-to-day workings of a Truworths store, learning essential skills in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, visual merchandising, stock management, and point-of-sale operations. This immersive experience will not only equip learners with practical skills highly sought after by employers but also provide them with a solid foundation for future career advancement within the retail sector or beyond.

Store Learnerships are being offered at Truworths locations nationwide.

Through the learnership, people will be able to receive cross-training so they may work at a retail establishment on both the sales floor and the service desk. One of the main areas of concentration will be dealing with customers and stock.

You must be dedicated to studying and filling out logbooks, be ready for tests, and be deemed competent as a cross-trained sales consultant in order to succeed in this role.

Stipend for Truworths Learnership

A monthly stipend, or wage, will be given to each learnership participant to help with the costs of attending the program and, in particular, the workplace. SA law specifies the stipend amount, which varies according to the learnership’s NQF level.

Grade 10 and a passion for fashion and retail.
