What is the purpose of this learnership?
PnP Clothing is seeking fearless and imaginative people to become Visual Merchandising Learners on their team. This curriculum provides certified instruction, practical retail experience, and guidance from retail experts. You will discover how to manage inventory, design striking fashion displays, and provide customers with experiences that are truly unique.

Minimum Requirements
- South Africans between the ages of 18 and 35 who completed grade 12 and achieved NQF Level 2 proficiency in math, literacy, and communication
- not enrolled in any study programs and not working at the moment
- Dedicated to finishing the entire 12-month program
- Willing to participate in in-store and in-class training
- Retail and fashion passion, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
- Capacity to collaborate with others
