Through a number of development programs, we make significant investments in South Africa’s young, both employed and unemployed, and we promote education and training related to youth unemployment through important projects. Our Retail Readiness Program (RRP), the Youth Employment Services (YES) program, and extensive study bursaries in a number of academic subjects are among the opportunities.
One of these programs will put you on the right track if you are young, driven, and concerned about your future.
The Retail Readiness Programme (RRP) equips young people without prior work experience with the fundamental skills needed to operate in a retail setting.
After completing two weeks of theory and five weeks of practical training, successful participants are awarded a NQF level 3 qualification.
