About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant at PEP, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys a friendly and efficient shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, operating the till, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring products are well-stocked and neatly displayed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
- Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries
- Provide product information to help customers make informed purchases
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage
