Youth without jobs are encouraged to apply for Momentum Corporate’s Client Service Administrator Learnership Program 2025, which is a division of Momentum Metropolitan Holdings. This is a fantastic chance to obtain work experience while pursuing a NQF Level 4 certificate in long-term insurance, which is recognized by INSETA.

Concerning the Learnership
A learnership is a planned program that blends classroom instruction with real-world work experience. Participants in Momentum’s Client Service Administrator Learnership will have the chance to:
- Gain hands-on experience in client service administration.
- Learn more about the financial services sector.
- Obtain an official Long-Term Insurance NQF Level 4 qualification (recognized by INSETA).
Although completing the learnership does not ensure long-term work, it offers beneficial experience and a route to professions like:
Minimum Requirements
In order to be eligible, candidates need to:
- be citizens of South Africa and be between the ages of 18 and 25 (including when they turn 25 in 2026).
- be without a job and not enrolled in another learnership at this time.
- have never before taken part in a learnership.
- possess the following subjects and have completed Matriculation:
- Accounting OR English Math (Pure/Maths Literacy)
- possess the ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Send in your matric results and a certified copy of your ID; applications without these will not be accepted.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for client service requests and procedures, making sure they are resolved successfully.
- In accordance with the standards for compliance, provide accurate information and documentation.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with stakeholders and clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to service level agreements.
