Learnerships For Property Agents
The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), committed to fostering growth and professionalism within the real estate sector, is currently facilitating a comprehensive Learnership program designed specifically for young individuals aspiring to become successful property practitioners.
This structured learning initiative provides participants with the opportunity to gain invaluable practical experience and theoretical knowledge, equipping them with the essential skills needed to thrive in the dynamic world of real estate. The core focus of the Learnership is to provide in-depth training on the Real Estate National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 4 qualification.
This nationally recognized qualification ensures that learners are exposed to industry best practices, legal frameworks, and ethical considerations that are paramount for providing excellent service to clients and operating responsibly within the property market. By successfully completing the Learnership and achieving the NQF Level 4 qualification, these aspiring property agents will be well-positioned to embark on fulfilling and rewarding careers, contributing to the ongoing development and integrity of the South African real estate industry.
Furthermore, the Learnership program often includes mentorship opportunities with experienced property practitioners, offering invaluable guidance and support to the learners as they navigate their journey into the profession.
This might be for you if you work in the real estate sector. As part of its work-readiness campaign, the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority is seeking 34 employed property practitioners.
