Call Centre Learnerships Available

The participants in this call center learnership will receive instruction in every skill required to uphold client loyalty and satisfaction. A monthly stipend is included in the Learnership program.
This extensive Call Center Learnership program is intended to give participants the fundamental abilities and information needed to succeed in a fast-paced customer service setting. The program’s major goal is to produce skilled workers who can not only keep customers happy but also cultivate their loyalty over the long term, which is an essential resource for any successful company.
Effective verbal and written communication approaches, active listening abilities, dispute resolution techniques, and a comprehensive understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems are just a few of the many topics covered in the curriculum.
Additionally, learners will have hands-on experience in managing a variety of client inquiries, effectively addressing complaints, and spotting chances to improve the general customer experience. A monthly stipend will be given to students to aid with living expenses and to promote concentrated engagement in order to sustain them throughout the program. Graduates of the Learnership will be equipped to pursue fulfilling careers as customer service agents, call center agents, and other relevant positions in the business.
With a monthly stipend of R4,500, this sponsored Call Center Learnership gives jobless adolescents the opportunity to acquire in-demand customer service and business process outsourcing skills. Over the course of a structured 10-month program, which of four months of classroom theory and six months of practical on-the-job training, learners will become proficient in call center systems and procedures and acquire critical competencies like effective communication, phone etiquette, and troubleshooting.
What the Learnership Will Teach You

Who Needs to Apply?
Candidates must live in Cape Town, have a Matric certificate, and be between the ages of 18 and 27. Only young people without jobs are eligible for this opportunity, and applications from people with impairments are highly encouraged.
