Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 yearly (Level 5)
Responsibilities:
The person hired will do these main things:
- Provide basic office help, including keeping records, organizing information, storing data, and finding letters and data.
- Update lists and numbers.
- Answer simple questions.
- Make copies and send or get faxes.
- Give papers or packages to the right people.
- Keep the office files in order.
- Write letters or other papers when needed.
- Track papers that come in and go out of the office.
- Help with supply chain tasks, talking to people inside and outside the company about buying goods and services.
- Get price quotes and fill out forms to buy office supplies.
- Keep track of office supplies.
- Keep a list of the office’s valuable items.
- Help with personnel tasks, like keeping track of leave.
- Keep personnel files and attendance records.
What you need:
- A Grade 12 certificate (NQF level 4) or a similar qualification.
- Having worked in an office before is helpful.
