Clicks Group’s 2026 Youth Employment Initiative
With a vast network of more than 945 stores and 730 pharmacies, Clicks is a well-known health, beauty, and wellness retailer in South Africa that provides a variety of goods and services for the home, workplace, and health. Jack Goldin created the business in 1968, and it is a member of the Clicks Group, which is a publicly traded corporation on the JSE. Additionally, it operates a sizable loyalty program and engages in pharmaceutical wholesale through UPD, a subsidiary.
Introduction
Through their Youth Employment Program, jobless youth can learn and obtain useful work experience in the retail health and beauty industry.
Job Description
The curriculum includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training in a retail setting. Successful participants will get a NQF 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification upon program completion.
Minimum requirements
- South African citizen.
- 18 – 29 years.
- Must have passed matric.
- Must be unemployed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be willing to learn.
