What you need: High school diploma. No prior work needed.
What you should know: Basic cleaning practices. Batho Pele ethics. Being professional. Good time management. Being on time, dependable, and honest. Able to read and understand directions. Understanding of safety rules. Know how to use cleaning products safely. Good people skills. Able to work by yourself and with others.
What you will do: Clean, dust, mop, vacuum, and wash areas in and around the Opportunity Centre. Keep floors clean and empty trash cans often. Make and serve drinks at meetings, trainings, and workshops. Complete different cleaning tasks at the Opportunity Centre. Make and serve drinks. Do general office tasks.
