Concerning the 2025 FNB Learnership Program
The FNB Learnership Program is a 12-month program designed to give young South Africans exposure to real-world business settings and key employment skills. Minimum Requirements
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the FNB Learnership Program 2025:
- A South African citizen is required.
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 34.
- A Matric certificate (NQF 4) is required at the very least; higher certificates or diplomas (NQF 5 or 6) are also acceptable.
- must have been jobless for a minimum of six months.
- I must not be studying right now.
- A minimum of 12 months of work experience is required, including casual or part-time employment.
- I assume this is your first job.
- Must speak English well; must not have previously worked for FirstRand or taken part in the FirstJob Program; and must not have a criminal record or blacklisting.
- must be prepared to finish a learnership in order to obtain work experience.
