REQUIREMENTS:

In order to qualify for the Boilermaker Learnership Program, candidates need to fulfill the following prerequisites:

Requirements for Education:

  • English, physical science, and pure mathematics were all passed in grade 12.
  • Engineering science, mathematics, and two more pertinent disciplines are necessary for the N2 Certificate in Boilermaking.
  • Seven disciplines at NQF level 4 are included in the relevant engineering NCV (National Certificate Vocational) certificates.
  • Grade 11 Technical (Math, Science, Language, and related trade theory topics).
  • National Technical Diploma or N6 Certificate in a suitable trade (T, S, or N stream).

Desired Proficiency:

It will be helpful to have a current driver’s license.
