About the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme
The PG Glass WIL Programme aims to develop a skilled and employable workforce through initiatives such as the YES Initiative, Learnerships, and Graduate Internships. Available Learning Opportunities
PG Glass is offering training opportunities in various departments, including:
- Contact Centre Trainee – Manage inbound calls and emails, assist customers professionally, and resolve queries efficiently.
- Autoglass Trainee – Learn to install, repair, and replace automotive glass with precision and safety standards.
- Customer Service Consultant – Handle front desk operations, assist customers, and support business compliance at PG Fitment Centres.
- HR & Finance Trainee – Provide administrative and operational support to Human Resources and Finance teams.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate. Higher education qualifications in the following areas are advantageous:
- Business, Retail, Operations, or Marketing Management
- Human Resources, Supply Chain, or Financial Management
- Engineering Studies (Fitting & Turning)
- Call Centre or Office Administration
N6 qualifications from TVET colleges are also accepted for candidates seeking workplace experience to complete their diplomas.
Skills and Competencies
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
- South African citizens aged 18 to 29 years

- Hold a driver’s license (advantageous but not mandatory)
