Following a screening process, candidates will be enrolled in a structured learning program that spans at least 12 months and involves both theoretical and hands-on workplace experience.

The learners will have a solid grasp of marketing and brand management concepts after completing the learnership satisfactorily.

The curriculum develops practical competence in a variety of areas, including sales and negotiation skills, promotion strategies, customer satisfaction optimization, customer complaint handling, teamwork in sales and marketing, and compliance and legal issues.

• Experience is not necessary.
