Engineering Learnerships at Evander Gold Mines 2025
Applications are now being accepted for Evander Gold Mines’ 2024–2025 Engineering Learnership Program, which aims to equip jobless youth with useful engineering trade skills. This Mpumalanga-based program provides practical experience and training for entry into the mining and engineering sectors.

Minimum Conditions
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible:
Education: An NCV Level 4 qualification in a relevant trade or a Grade 12 certificate with passes in English, physical science, and mathematics (but not mathematical literacy).
Fitness: Needs to possess or be able to acquire a Certificate of Fitness.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proof of residency (no more than three months old), a valid ID, and certified copies of pertinent certificates are required.
Functions and Accountabilities
Candidates who are successful will:
As part of their learnership, take part in both on- and off-the-job training.
Participate actively in their personal growth by finishing and passing the necessary trade exam.
act as representatives of the business and uphold its code of ethics.
