About the Position:
Duties and responsibilities:
– Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
– Manage and maintain good office inventory supply
– Organize, update and maintain the office filing system.
– Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
– Answering calls and liaising with clients .
– Attending to queries in a proactive manner.
– Preliminary drafting of correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
– Conducting research.
– Perform administrative and office support,
– Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality .
– Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
– Provide support to staff and management
– Manage communication such as phone calls and emails.
– Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
– Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
– Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
– Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
– Support the recruitment and onboarding
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Strong ability to comprehend and interpret various instructions
– Excellent organizational skills
– Administrative efficiency
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
– Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change.

– Able to work independently , unsupervised.
– MS word and excel knowledge.
– organizational and time management skills.
– Punctual and neat.
– Able to maintain and retain confidentiality of information
